The Vice President of the Court of Appeal has directed under CPR Rule 52.24(5)(b) that the parties attend an oral hearing.

ValueLicensing has consented to Microsoft's application to extend the time for filing its defence by a further month from 31 August 2022 to 30 September 2022.
