Microsoft, sued by ValueLicensing, told a judge today that the UK competition court doesn’t have jurisdiction to deal with narrowed-matters over the lawsuit because they concern copyright law.
This is the Defendant’s Response to the Claimant’s Request for Further Information dated 31 January 2025 (the “RFI of 31 January 2025”).
Microsoft must respond to ValueLicensing’s RFI by 2nd May 2025.
